In order to Secure the reservation, the guest must agree to give us notice by the cancellation times and accept responsibility for the charges. As a small specialized retreat, we are confident you understand our need for this agreement. Thank you for your cooperation!

Deposit is 50% of reservation amount


Reschedules
  • $20 Reschedule Fee

  • No reschedules 7 days or less prior to arrival unless willing to forfeit deposit until re-booked (then $50 fee)

  • No Refunds Will Be Made Under Any Circumstances Without Prior Notice. Including Weather Or Other Emergencies. (Ask about inexpensive Travel Insurance)


Rates Info
  • 80% of your deposit is refundable if the reservation is canceled at least two weeks prior to your scheduled arrival date; or you may reschedule your stay once for a later date subject to availability.

  • If you cancel within two weeks of your scheduled arrival day, you may be subject to forfeiture of your lodging payments (excluding tax and cleaning), unless we are able to re-book the property. In the event we are able to book another guest, you will be refunded at the rate of the new reservation.

  • Standard rates accompany each of the unit pictures. Holiday rates vary between 15 - 20% higher.

  • Rates include the hospitality of the hot tub under the stars; free use of videos, games and reading material; gardens for lounging; complimentary gas BBQ's; and snow removal.

  • For your convenience & enjoyment each unit has complimentary gourmet coffee & muffins; kitchen or kitchenette; private bath; and gas fireplaces.

  • All units are non-smoking.

  • Rates are for single or double occupancy and are subject to change without notice.

  • Some units may accommodate additional guests for an additional $15 per person per night. Rates are also subject to the local "Hotel tax".

  • $30.00 Cleaning Fee

    To confirm a reservation, prepayment of deposit (50% of stay) or secured credit card is required. We accept most credit cards. Cash, personal check or travelers checks are preferred methods of payment upon arrival. A percentage of payment made with these three methods is donated to Breast Cancer research & services.


Dog Rules
Many people love to travel with their dogs. We love to accommodate well behaved dogs, but also must have a few easy guidelines for visiting dogs and owners to follow:

  • Bring your own Cover for the furniture and beds. Dog fur is no fun in comforters & couches.

  • Dogs cannot be left unattended in the units for extended periods. Especially if they bark.

  • Visiting dogs should get along with people and other animals

  • Upon arrival we may ask for $100 check or cash deposit refunded after unit reviewed.

  • We reserve the right to ask you and your dog to leave without refund if we feel inconsiderate actions are occurring.
